After initial application, you will be contacted to provide the following additional required information:

  • Social Security Number (fax to 925-423-2854 for your protection)
  • DOE Badge Number, please contact your security office and ask for your DOE ID # (two alpha, five numeric) and Employee number.
  • Evidence of RadWorker certification (email or fax a copy of qualification card or certificate)
  • Appropriate medical documentation if a student has taken medical radioisotopes, has metal implants, or is pregnant.

  •   January 27-31, 2020 at NFO/NATM – and – February 3-7, 2020 at NCERC*
  •   January 27-31, 2020 at NFO/NATM – and – February 3-7, 2020 at SNL

One-week Manager's Course:
(criticality safety program supervisors and managers, fissile material operations managers/handlers)

  •  April 8-12, 2019 at SNL Class is full
  •  June 3-7, 2019 at NFO/NCERC Class is full
